The Way We Was
As they're watching some McBain movie, the Simpsons' TV breaks down.  Marge seems to think this is a good opportunity for the family to have some talking time in stead of watching TV all the time.  When asked how they got married, Marge thinks it's better to talk about how they met.
Marge, usually a good, obedient student, comes into touch with feminism, and is so captured with the idea that she follows the movement, which lands her in detention.  Homer, not such a good and obedient student, is there too, and falls instantly in love with Marge.  To get her attention, he pretends to need tutoring in French.  By the end of the tutoring sessions, Marge falls for Homer as well, and when Homer asks her to the prom she accepts.  Only when homer then admits to not even being in French class, she gets angry and walks out on him, and ends up going to the prom with Artie Ziff.  Homer is heartbroken, and it shows, especially to Marge.  Artie isn't exactly the perfect gentleman on their date, so Marge decides to dump him and goes pick up Homer who's walking home, and they are happy ever after(sort of).

I married Marge
Marge thinks she is pregnant so takes a home pregnancy test that is inconclusive, and goes to the doctor.  The children realise she might be pregnant and congratulate Homer, who then starts to think back on how having a baby isn't really fun for Marge, or him cause he has to hear about it, and starts telling about how Marge got pregnant with Bart.
After dating for quite a while, and having to suffer through Marge's parents not liking him, Homer takes Marge for a magical evening inside the castle of the miniature golf course he works in.  A while later, while working on the roller skates drive in, Marge feels sick, and a trip to the doctor soon shows she's pregnant.  Homer, told by his father that he could never do better than Marge, proposes and Marge accepts, which leaves Homer to have to provide for a family.  After being turned down by the power plant for a job, and having to give back the engagement ring because he can't afford it, he walks away because he thinks he can never take care of Marge they he ought to.  Marge misses him terribly and when Patty and Selma see Homer working at a burger joint they tell Marge about it, and she goes to collect him, and he proposes all over again, this time with an onion ring, and they get married at Shotgun Pete's, after Homer manages to land a job at the power plant after all

Lisa's First Word
They sit around trying to get Maggie to say her first word.  Lisa is trying to make her say complicated words, because she wants her sister to be intelligent, while Homer tries to get Maggie to say daddy, as she would then be the first of his children to call him that.  As Maggie doesn't say a word, they think back on Lisa being born and her first word, as Bart's first word(aye carumba) came at a bit of an unfortunate moment.  After the story homer puts Maggie to bed, and after he's left, she says "daddy".
Homer, Marge and Bart are living in a little terrace house, but then Marge realises she's pregnant.  They'll have to move into a bigger house, so after searching they find the house they're in now.  Also Bart has to give up his crib, and Homer builds a clown bed for him that scares the hell out of Bart.  At first Bart likes the idea of a baby that he can blame for everything he does wrong, but after the clown bed and having to stay at Ned's while Lisa's being born he hates her, so he tries to get rid of her.  It doesn't work out as planned, so Bart decides to run away, but then Lisa says "Bart", which he thinks is so amazing so he goes to show it off, even though Marge isn't surprised because Lisa adores Bart. Lisa is soon calling everything the way she should, but when Bart points at Homer she says "Homer", in stead of daddy

Homer's Barbershop Quartet
On the Springfield Swap 'n Meet Bart and Lisa come across a record of Homer's barbershop quartet, called the B-Sharps.  On their way back to home, the car breaks down, and as Marge goes to get help, Homer starts telling the story of how he was famous for a while, which he later on continues at home, while showing the kids the merchandise. After the story, Homer gets nostalgic, and calls the old quartet for a last performance on the top of Moe's Tavern.
Homer, Apu, Skinner and Wiggum enjoy their time singing barbershop songs in Moe's Cavern.  A big shot in the record business hears them and thinks they can be the next big thing, if only they can replace Wiggum.  After auditions, they find Barney singing in the toilet, and realise he is perfect for them.  They name themselves the B-sharps, funny at first then a little bit more tedious every time you hear it. It's up to Homer to write new songs, and as he is trying to think of one, Marge comes in with a new baby on board sign to hang on the car, which Homer uses to create their next big hit.  They win a Grammy, and success is all theirs, but eventually their fame fades, and Homer realises he's missing a lot by being on the road, so after Barney starts to want to change how they sound, he returns home to be with his family.

And Maggie Makes Three
As Homer promised Marge some weekly family time, they decide to look through the photo albums.  After some nice pictures of the TV they move to pictures of the children, mainly Bart sleeping, and realise there are no pictured of Maggie.  At the end of the story we see a shot of Homer's office and it turns out all the Maggie pictures are pinned to the wall there.
As their house is finally paid off, and there are no other real responsibilities asides from food and clothing, Homer quits his job at the power plant to go work on his dream job, in a bowling alley owned by Barney's uncle.  Unfortunately for Homer though, shortly after, Marge realises she's pregnant again, of a third child, so they will need some extra money.  Homer asks for a raise in the bowling alley, but he can't get it unless the Bowlarama does better in business, so Homer devises a plan to attract people, which basically means shooting a gun in the air and shouting Bowling.  His plan fails and he has to return to Mr. Burns to ask for his job back.  he gets his job back but in his office they put a plaque that says "Don't forget you're here forever" to demoralise him.  He isn't looking forward to the new baby being born, but when he holds Maggie in his arms for the first time, he is instantly taken in by her cuteness, so he takes all her pictures to cover the plaque, so that only "Do it for her" remains to be read.

Lisa's Sax
Homer is kind of annoyed by Lisa's practicing on the saxophone, so he tells Bart to go make Lisa stop.  After a struggle, Lisa's sax is thrown out of the window, and run over by a truck(and some other things).  On seeing how distraught she is, Homer and Marge tell her how she first got her saxophone, and then decide to go buy her a new one.
Bart is excited to go to his first day of school, but ends up hating it, as the teacher immediately dubs him not right for college(after all he did add that extra clap in the Bingo song).  After he drew a picture of himself dead, they go to see the school psychiatrist.  As the psychiatrist sees Lisa, he immediately realises that she is a gifted child, so he recommends a school for her.  In the mean time Bart finds that as the class clown he can actually make school sort of fun, and at least make friends with the children, if not the teachers.  Marge and Homer find that they can't afford the school the psychiatrist recommended, so they decide to buy her a musical instrument, with the money they were saving for some air-conditioning(which is currently the cat waving a fan over a block of ice).  Lisa chooses the saxophone, and even though Homer is really hot he enjoys hearing Lisa play it.

The Way We Weren't
As Milhouse and Bart and some other friends play spin the bottle in the treehouse, Milhouse spins the bottle and it lands on Homer, so he kisses him.  As it is his first kiss, Homer starts thinking back to who he first kissed, who actually wasn't Marge.  Marge confesses that the boy she first kissed wasn't Homer either, and they tell the story, after which they realised that in fact, they did kiss each other first.
A young Homer is going to camp and there has to clear the dishes and bring them to a conveyor belt.  On the other side, unseen by Homer, is a young Marge, doing the dishes.  The two start talking, but Homer, insecure about himself ends up giving Marge a false name.  They decide to meet up, and Marge wants to do something with her hair, to look nice.  The other girls propose that she irons it, but she unintentionally burns part of it, so now she has to burn all of her hair, which gives her a brunette look.  When they finally do meet, they share an intimate moment and kiss, as Homer gives Marge a heart-shaped rock.  They decide to meet again, but before they do, Homer ends up in fat camp, where he isn't allowed to leave, so he misses out on their second meeting, and thinks he will never see her again.

Springfield Up
Declan Desmond makes a documentary where he follows a couple of kids from their 8 years on, by interviewing them every 8 years to see whether their dreams come true.
Lenny is the first to be interviewed, but he's not interesting enough, so he gets edited out.  Chief Wiggum has always had a thing for authority.  As a hall monitor he already had his first training.  Working his way up, by rubbing Quimby's neck, he made it to chief.  Homer has always wanted to be rich, but life turned out differently.  Finally it seems like he does make it.  Professor Frink made it from a geeky nerd, to well known scientist, to realise he's never been with a girl.  So he builds a time machine to go back to tell himself to have more fun.  Young Eleanor has high ambitions, becomes a doctor and a lawyer, but is not very happy.  Marge has always wanted to be a photographer, but being with Homer has changed her life.  At first she has to sell her creativity to support Homer, but it changes once Homer apparently gets his riches.  However it turns out to be all fake, they invaded Mr. Burns' house and used it as a setting.  When Declan realises that Homer did it because he was ashamed, Declan decides to put a film together to make him realise that his life is pretty good.

That 90's Show
While burning things on their open fire because their gas is out, they come around a box of Marge's special keep sakes.  In it, they find a degree that Marge got in college.  Marge and homer then admit that Bart wasn't born right after highschool.
Marge and homer move in together after high-school.  They still haven't made love to each other because Marge wants to be married first.  When and acceptance parcel comes in from Springfield University, Marge really wants to go but is afraid they won't be able to pay the tuition.  Homer decides to go work for his father at a laser game arcade, so that he can pay Marge's bill.  Before this, he was in a boyband with Lenny Carl and Lou the cop.
At university, Marge starts to develop a crush on her culture professor.  He is clearly also interested in Marge and invites her to his office.  When a note from Homer addressed to Marge falls from her bag, with "I miss you" written on it, Professor Stefan August uses it to explain to Marge how Homer sees her as his object, and that he pays for her college tuition because he thinks he owns her.  Marge lets the professor convince her and she and Homer split up.
Homer, filled with rage and sadness over this, forms a new band called Sadgasm, and starts playing successful grunge music.  He becomes tired of his own success and the band splits up.  Right after the professor tells Marge he'll never want to get married, Marge leaves him and sees a news cast about Homer's retreat from society and rumoured narcotics addiction.  She rushes back to him, and takes away his needles thinking it was narcotics.  However it turns out to be insulin since Homer became diabetic because of a frappucino addiction.  To celebrate being back together they go to the mini golf court together and that's where the story of their lives continues as was told before

Dangerous Curves
While taking a trip to Kozy Kabins, Homer and Marge remember their past stays there, and the crisis's their marriage has been through
Twenty years ago, Marge and Homer were kissing while cycling, and crashed.  They're picked up by Ned and Maude Flanders, who are on honeymoon then.  Because of how Ned is already complaining about marriage, they decide to never get married.  They stop at Kozy Kabins for the night, where Ned keeps them apart because they're not married.  The next day, Ned tries to convince him to get married after all, while Maude keeps an eye on them to make sure they don't get too excited.
Five years ago, Homer and Marge are driving with Patty and Selma, but when they nag too much, Homer kicks them out of the car.  Soon after, they run out of gas, and they have to ask someone to use their phone.  There's a party going on, right at that moment, when Marge and Homer are both tempted by other people.  homer meets a woman that's fun, and Marge is taken by the host.  Both of them end up at Kozy Kabins, about to commit adultery, but seeing each other makes them realise how much they love each other.
