Lenny Lenardson and Carl Carlsson
description: Homer's colleagues from work, and regular drinking buddies.  These two have been friends forever, and some may argue there's a bit more going on between them...after all it was Carl who convinced Lenny to get of the Oil Rig by suggesting he's a reason for Lenny to live
catchphrase: "Aaahh, my eye my eye!" "See this is why I don't talk much"

Charles Montgomery 'Monty' Burns
age: 104, but sometimes younger, depends on how it fits the storyline
description: A typical scrooge, and proud of it, sitting in his chair in his huge mansion sipping some brandy with a smirk on his face... Owner of the Springfield Power Plant(though officially that's a canary) he is Homer's boss, but he has trouble remembering Homer's name.  Also owns a casino, and designed a plane called The Spruce Moose
catchphrase: Excellent (with tapping fingers together, of course)

Waylon Smithers Jr.
description: He's Mr. Burns' personal assistant, but resembles more of a trained poodle, really.  He dotes on Mr. Burns and with his gay tendencies...that might get interesting.
catchphrase: He's Homer Simpson sir, one of your drones in sector 7G

The bird
description: This little creature technically owns the power plant, set up like this so that Mr. Burns can't be held responsible if something happens
catchphrase: *tsjilp*

Aristotle Amadopolis
description: Owner of the Shelbyville power plant, there is a constant rivalry between him and Mr. Burns. A typical Greek, he has the Southern European look of an aging macho
catchphrase: Would you care to bet a million dollars on that?

The Germans
description: These business men took over the power plant when Mr. Burns had no fun in it anymore.  They started with enthusiasm, were very nice, only fired Homer, but had to sell it back to Mr. Burns for half of what they paid because they couldn't afford all the repairs that needed to be done.
catchphrase: After all, we come from the land of chocolate

Homer's Supervisor
description: This person is also the father of Sherri and Terri, and just as much of a goody too shoes.  But hey, he does his job, right?
catchphrase: Hi girls!

Frank Grimes (Grimey)
description: This self made man got a position in the powerplant because of Burns' admiration for him...which Mr Burns forgot about the moment Frank started.  He grew to hate home and eventually that became his doom
catchphrase: I don't need to wear safety gloves 'cause I'm homer si *electrocutes himself*

The vice president
description: A dog.  Burns saw him do something courageous on TV(push a toddler out of the way of a speeding car and put a criminal in front of it) and wanted him as vice president, forgetting all about Frank Grimes.
catchphrase: *Bark*

Mindy Simmons
description: Basically a female version of homer, but stuck in a beautiful body.  Homer develops a crush on her, and then gets sent to a convention to represent the plant.  Even though Mindy gives him plenty of opportunity he stays true to Marge...aaah ain't that sweet.
catchphrase: think unsexy thoughts, think unsexy thoughts...

Smilin' Joe Fission
description: This friendly atom like creature shows people what good nuclear energy can do in the educational filmstrip "NUCLEAR ENERGY, our misunderstood friend",  He always smiles and he wears a cowboy hat
catchphrase: Last one in is a rotten rod!

Crusher and Lowblow
description: These two massive guys are Burns' goons.  Burns' prefers to use goons because it has a certain personal feeling that the phone misses...and they both love their job
catchphrase: Hired goons

Larry Burns
description: Lost son of Mr. Burns, but found out Burns didn’t like him too much so Homer pretended to kidnap him, so Burns would have to show his love for Larry.
Catchphrase: Hey, don't worry about it, you're alright
