Seymour 'Spanky' Skinner
description: Principal of Springfield elementary, Bart and him don't really get along much.  This man is actually Armin Tamzarian, but when the real Seymour got captivated by the Vietnamese, Armin took Seymour's place. Later on he officially had his name changed and everything, and no one was to mention it again
catchphrase: The superintendent is at home crying like a little girl

Elizabeth Hoover
description: Not much is known of her, except that she is Lisa's teacher.  You don't really hear her much, but when she says something you can be sure it's going to be straightforward.  Still single, she doesn't really seem to care about it, that is to say, I haven't noticed her actually looking for a boyfriend
catchphrase: The children are right to laugh at you Ralph, these scissors wouldn't even cut through butter

Edna Krabapple
description: Bart's teacher is a very lonely woman.  She needs to be loved desperately and for a while found love in Skinners arms, and was even engaged to him.  She was married once, but her husband cheated on her, which left her a bit bitter towards men.  Though before turning so bitter she had a relationship with Moe.
catchphrase: Ha! (sarcastic laugh)

Groundskeeper Willie
description: This typical Scotchman does all the crummy jobs at the school, and isn't really respected for it.  Where he comes from isn't really certain, since he seems to come from Glasgow, North Kilttown and Loch Ness.  He came to the US illegally, lives in the worst circumstances possible, but still takes pride in his work
catchphrase: Grease me up, woman!

Lunch Lady Doris
description: This rather large woman doesn't just fulfill the duties of lunch lady, she is also the school nurse and I'm sure there are some other jobs she does too.  I think she's meant to be the mother of the squeaky voiced teen, but I base that on one line in one episode, so I might be wrong.  I also think she died...and if she didn't the woman who voiced her certainly did, so she's got someone else talking for her at the moment
catchphrase: There's very little meat in these mattresses

The other nurse
description: a very nervous looking skinny person with a pony tail.  She was the school nurse when Bart got sick to get out of a test
catchphrase: Ooh, I think I've heard of that *takes out big medical book and starts looking*

Superintendent Chalmers
description: This man seems to be bent on closing Springfield Elementary, or at least on firing Skinner.  He does seem to like Skinner's mum though
catchphrase: SKINNER!

Mr. Bergstrom
description: This substitute teacher became Lisa's instructor when ms Hoover thought she had lime disease.  This man had a great influence on Lisa, and she even had a crush on him.  He likes to wear funny costumes to keep the class interested, and he travels around on the train
catchphrase: You are Lisa Simpson

Mr Largo
description: This music teacher has an insane love for Sousa. He directs the school band, and is one of Lisa's biggest influences in music, cause she immortalised him in a quilt...until Santa's Little Helper ate it
catchphrase: You mean, something just arranged by Sousa?

Otto
description: This pot-headed rock fan (mostly Judas Priest) is the school's bus driver, but he also drives the ambulance around.  He's a cool dude, and Bart likes him a lot.  For a while he was engaged, but then he blew of the wedding because Becky, the girl, wasn't a rock fan.
catchphrase: Hey Bart dude

Leopold
description: This big and rather scary man is used to announce new substitute teachers, well that is to say he announced Marge to Bart's class
catchphrase: You're going to shut your stinking traps and behave, damnit!

Zach
description: This young phd came to replace Edna when she's fired for appearing drunk in school.  He got fired for the same reason
catchphrase: Why write, when you can text?

The other teachers
description: Basically they're a bunch of worn out teachers, who can't wait for something to happen like a strike or a school holiday
